    Too many service calls

    I have owned this for 4-5 years (the built in model) and have had to get it serviced 3 times. Twice for a bad mother board at $500 each and broken door springs. Not a very reliable product. Waiting on a new mother board now.

    I've had this for approx 5 years, it has been repaired several times, over 5-6 times, typically all the same issues. Sad thing is the built in oven portion works very well, but microwave portion is complete garbage

    Door not engineered very well

    I have had to replace the door, door switched and have had to replace the fuses theee timed do to the poorly engineered door

    A Problem From the Beginning

    We purchased the microwave along with a dishwasher, oven, stove and refrigerator/freezer in 2015, only to have the clock panel stop working within the first 6 months. A Bosch service person replaced it. Then two years into service, the door springs broke and the entire door and assembly had to be replaced at a cost of $400+ Out of my own pocket, since it was beyond the warranty period. Finally, three weeks ago, and only 6 years into service, the entire microwave went dark and stopped working. I checked on line and this model is now the subject of a class action lawsuit. I paid about $1700 for a piece of crap, and the worst part is, I bought it to match the rest of the appliances. Never again will I buy a Bosch product.

    PANEL DIMMING can't see anything on the display

    I own many Bosch products, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Cooktop and the built in Combination Ovens - Microwave(speed oven on top) the DISPLAY of the Microwave oven is not FUNCTIONING properly it is so dim that we are not able to use/see any of the settings. This product is unfortunately of a poor quality it failed to work properly after a few years of very light use. At this time it is a good looking useless kitchen appliance.
