Problems from day 1!

Before I even used it once the lid lock needed replacement. This machine is in a 2nd home and does not get daily use. Last month lid lock needed 2nd replacement. That was not the fix. Main control panel ordered. That was not the fix. Another controll panel ordered! Each time I need to drive 90 miles and take time for work for the repair. Machine still not working waiting for parts again. It’s been close to a month. !

Worst investment ever

This product does not work at all. It ruins clothes and does not clean. It is very loud and shakes the whole house. Terrible and it looks like we are out $1800. We purchased it from Lowe's and they will not help us. Lowe's pretty much told us we're screwed. It is the worst product. It has been discontinued after only 1 year. Terrible design; totally misrepresented in its advertising and product specs. We are trying to get in touch with Fridigaire to see what can be done. Hopefully Frigidaire will stand behind it's products.

Bought it a month ago, because my old one gave up, same brand after 15 yrs.. Washes very good and the dryer works perfectly. I’m very pleased with my combo!

Worst Laundry Center to date

My wife and I bought this Laundry center when our old Frigidaire laundry center finally failed after 12 years. What a mistake!!! The Laundry center has been out of commission twice in one year. Although the parts were under warranty we have not had use of the $1800.00 mistake for almost 2 months of that year due to the "repairs". In the 12 years prior of my wife and I owning the previous Laundry center we had to have it repaired a total of 0 times. After the repairs and everything needed to be done Frigidaire does nothing but try to sell me an extended warranty.... I will never buy another and have to figure out what to do with this giant paper weight in the meantime.
