it's not self-explanatory, The screen read 1 hour and I was standing down there five minutes later it was 37 minutes

Am not sure if we are saving money with this gas dryer, we have the electric Whirlpool dryer. but can't use it as our new apartment have gas connection only. Forced to get this one, and fortunately it works perfect. We love it and works great. I highly advice to pay to the full installation from Whirlpool, it's only $50! parts and labor! I did not purchase any extended warranty, I get additional 1 year warrant by using my AMEX cc.

I am so happy with this dryer. It will continue to dry until your clothes are dry, no more checking to see if the clothes are dry and then restarting the washer. LOVE IT!
