GREAT LOOKING AND FUCTIONAL

THIS DRYER DOES IT ALL FROM STEAM WINKLE FREE DRYING TO MANY DIFFERENT CYCLES YOU ABLE TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE AND CYCLE LENGTH. tHE cOLOR IS GREAT.

Not working out of the box

This dryer did not work out of the box. The repair guy took a week to show up. He decided that the igniter is bad and a part needs to be ordered. Apparently it takes a week for the part to be delivered(They did not join the 21st century yet). Anyway, here we are without a replacement part 12 days later and samsung cannot give me a date of part delivery. It is very reassuring that a part needed for a brand new product is not available. The customer service person I talked to slipped up and said that the part is back-ordered, so no solution in sight.
