What the heck?

I bought this dryer a year ago and if it is possible to hate an appliance, then this is the one. It hardly holds a half-full load of wash. Everything comes out wrinkled, if it is dry. Now, I can't get two pillow cases to dry for the life of me, when there is nothing else with them. It keeps shutting off after 5 minutes. The water tank is empty. I cleaned the condenser (which it needed) and I empty the lint trap after every drying. I followed the manual instruction and nothing seems to be working right. We even checked the fuses (according to manual) and they are good. Don't know what to do next.

My IQ-Touch dryer is working really well It's compact but can do a big loadVentless design saving lots the space of the vent hose in my tiny laundry which I don't want it stack up both washer and dryer

My IQ Touch has really made washing clothes much easier. Unlike set-time dryers, the IQ touch has technology that can sense moisture and adjusts the dry time accordingly. This product really does everything from the touch of a button. The size is also perfect for fitting in a confined space. I needed to move my laundry space upstairs from the basement in order to increase equity in my house and make cleaning laundry much easier, and the IQ Touch really helped me achieve all of this. My only complaint is that the stacking kit didn't come in a color that matches stainless steel.

I BOUGHT THIS THREE MONTHS AGO. ALREADY PROBLEMS. CALLED HOME DEPOT. SAID UNDER WARRANTY. CALLED ELECTROLUX. DECLARED UNDER WARANTY.// ELECTROLUZX ASSIGNED REPAIRMAN DIDN'T SHOW. HAVE BEEN WITHOUT FULL DRYER USE FOR 1/3 OF OWNERSHIP YEAR. REDIALED ELECTROLUX. AGENT REVERSED ON 2 KEY ISSUES: THAT IT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, AND THAT I MUST UNSTACK. YET, WHEN FIRST REPAIR MAN SHOWED, HE SAID LEGALLY I COULD NOT UNSTACK.// AND CONFIRMED IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY.// I RESERVE RIGHT TO AMEND THIS REVIEW.// ELECTROLUX SHOULD FIX AND EXTEND WARRANTY FOR TIME OF DISUSE.

work great for two month than went to dry one night and all broke lose it just stop have called and no one answer so am stuck with all the money spent and now am going have to go and get some thing i can us in the same place
