    Program interface not user friendly

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

    Modifying or changing the wash settings on your dishwasher should not require multiple reviews of the owners manual. Bosch should follow Steve Jobs of Apple's mantra; any interface must be simple enough for your mother to figure out with no instruction or guidance.

    I have owned many different brands of dishwashers. This one is the best. Cleans extremely well & I love the top silverware rack. My only complaint is having to pull the dishwasher out to replace door cables. Changing them is easy, but having to remove the dishwasher is not fun.

    this item was purchased in 2016 as part of a suite of Bosch appliances for my newly constructed home. Of all the appliances purchased this one has had no issues. It is fairly quiet and efficient. I am sad to say that i have to point out that at least this appliance does not have issues because it does indicate a general quality issue with Bosch's appliances. This is disappointing as i have had very good experience with Bosch in the past but after this recent experience it is sad to say that i am not sure that i would use Bosch in my next home.
