    This dishwasher is everything. No pre- rinse necessary- even nasty crusty casserole dishes come out spotless. It's quiet and efficient and built to last.

    The Bosch 500 does an excellent job cleaning dishes and it is so quiet you don't even know that it is running.

    have had since 2017 it is very quite and has never needed repair. would consider other Bosch products

    Quiet but flimsy

    I like many features and appreciate how quiet it is, but we've had a few problems with it. We bought it in January 2014. The door handle cracked along the screws, so I replaced it. Now the new door handle is beginning to crack in the exact same areas. The rollers on the bottom shelf occasionally come off. We lost one or two along the way and they have been unavailable to reorder. The "handle" on the bottom shelf has separated from the rest of the shelf on one side. Now the door springs on each side have failed.
