Fabulous Oven

We just built a new house and when purchasing the appliances, I was concerned because only one gas 36" oven met my needs on paper. I was concerned that the oven wouldn't live up to my expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by this one. Instead of feeling like I had to settle, I believe this oven was a match made in heaven for me. It heats quickly, the burners are powerful. The gas range disassembles and cleans easily. The oven self-cleans. It cooks perfectly. I can't say enough good things about this oven and cook top!

I was very excited about getting this range. But one of the burners never worked and it's been taking almost 3 months now to try to get the burner fixed. The knobs for the burners also get very hot when the oven is on. Not sure why this poor design cannot be addressed.
