Broke Within 2Years

Do not buy this microwave! It broke in less than two years! Kept blowing the fuse. Repairman couldn’t repair. Door is very tight and hard to use. It is a waste of money.

I bought this microwave to replace a countertop model. I really like the extra features like the butter soften and different defrost options. It is a very large capacity which I love. I am extremely happy I choose this model.

2 years old and microwave had no power. Researched online and found advice to change fuse (there was a blown fuse). Now it trips the circuit breaker as soon as we try to use it. Did more research, and it's likely a switch in the door. A $500 microwave should last more than 2 years.
